The Landstalker is the series' full-size family 4x4 — a big, square, three-row SUV that has always sat at the sensible end of the car list rather than the exotic one. A Landstalker-shaped SUV has been identified in official Grand Theft Auto VI material, which is unsurprising for a body style that suits Leonida's suburbs and causeways, but Rockstar has not named the vehicle and has published nothing about how it drives, what it costs or where it is found. What we can usefully tell you now is where it sits in the series, what its design borrows from and how confident the identification actually is.

GTA VI appearance
A large, upright three-row SUV consistent with the Landstalker has been identified in official Grand Theft Auto VI material. The identification rests on proportions rather than badging, and Rockstar has not named the vehicle.

The Landstalker is one of the oldest names in the modern series, running from the Grand Theft Auto III era through Grand Theft Auto IV and V as Dundreary's family SUV. Grand Theft Auto Online later added the longer, more luxurious Landstalker XL. Across all of those games it has been a heavy, high-riding, unglamorous car that survives collisions better than it corners.
